Fibre Broadband now available to much of Tichborne village

I have just returned from the Kenyan Rift Valley and depressingly I experienced better broadband speed in the middle of a tent than has been acheivable in our Tichborne Parish (0.5-3.0Mbps)

Over the last few months you will have seen a certain amount of roadworks and poleworks take place in order to implement the Fibre backbone infrastructure for the village. Hopefully, your lives have not been too disrupted by this work.

The great news is that for much of the village you can now order Fibre Broadband services. This should be possitive for any local businesses, home workers, families with internet demanding children or generally anyone who wants to participate in the 21st century. :-)

Who you can order these services from is less clear but certainly BT will be making the service available. It is recommended that you do your research on-line and over the phone to get the best deals for the services you require.
